What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the infallible, inspired Word of God. Its authority is final, and that upon which we base our faith, conduct, and doctrine.

The Trinity
We believe there is only one true God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three distinct Persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1, 26, 27; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit instructs and guides us into all truth. He is our Comforter, Counselor, and imparts gifts to us for service.
John 14:26; John 15:26; Luke 12:11-12
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and came to earth as Savior of the world. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of all mankind, but rose again and ascended to heaven.

Salvation

Holy Spirit Baptism
We believe that The Baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers believers and provides additional gifts to do the work of the ministry. This is a distinct experience following salvation which is physically evidenced by speaking with other tongues.

Isaiah 53:4-5; Matt. 8:16-17; James 5:14-16
Communion
We believe in receiving Communion to remember Jesus’ sacrifice for us and remind us of the new covenant. The elements are symbols of Christ’s broken body and shed blood.

Eternal Life
We believe Man’s spirit was created to live forever. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence. We believe that our eternal destination is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe God gives man eternal life in heaven only through Jesus Christ.
